Violations Appeal Policy:

 You can appeal a parking ticket under the following 6 circumstances:

  1. The license plate information was entered incorrectly when purchasing parking for the first time at an EasyPark lot;
  2. Payment was made, but a parking ticket was issued in error;
  3. Your vehicle was stolen, and you have supporting documents from your insurance provider and the local police;
  4. The ticket was issued to the wrong license plate.
  5. You were parked in an area with a valid monthly or seasonal permit;
  6. A duplicate ticket was inadvertently issued for the same incident;

If your appeal is unsuccessful and the ticket is upheld, it's essential to know that a $15 fee will be added to the original ticket amount. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the appeal process is used responsibly.

Please be advised that the violation amount will be based on the time the appeal was submitted. Do not pay the violation until you have received a response to your appeal, as violation payments are non-refundable.

All online inquiries are sent directly to a ticketing system. You will receive an automated email with your ticket number once your inquiry is submitted. 

Our standard response time is 24-48 hours. However, during our peak season from April 1st to September 30th, it may take up to 5 business days to respond to your inquiry.
