Once you submit your inquiry, it will be sent directly to our ticketing system for review by our Client Services Team.
Our typical response time is within 72 hours. However, during our peak season from April 1 to September 30, response times may increase to up to 7 business days.
If your parking violation is currently under appeal, the violation amount will not escalate while the appeal is being reviewed. No additional penalties or late fees will be applied during the appeal process.
